Refund Policy

At Rest, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging when applicable. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@restbedding.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at contact@restbedding.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos when appropriate so we can review your request.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, or safety reasons, certain opened, used, washed, personalized, or otherwise non-resalable products may not be eligible for return. Gift cards, if offered, are also non-returnable. Any applicable exceptions will be communicated before or during the return process.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size, or variation, please contact us first. Availability is not guaranteed. In some cases, the simplest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error attributable to Rest.
